Offenders with IDD Program

The Arc of Greater Cleveland advocates as part of a team with probation departments and court psychiatric clinics, as well as the county board, to help ensure that individuals are treated equally and fairly within the judicial system. This joint committee also works to ensure an equal opportunity for alternatives to incarceration and habilitative programming. Check out our Justice for All program offerings.
